When reporting an issue, include your account email, affected match or team ID, device type (iOS, Android, or web), app version, and the time the issue occurred. Screenshots help us reproduce bugs faster.
Common topics: live score delays, league fixture generation, ball-by-ball scoring, subscription and CrikIQ Pro billing, privacy and data deletion, marketplace disputes, and streaming overlay setup.
For step-by-step product guides, see CrikIQ tutorials — 19 topics covering scoring, leagues, fantasy, overlays, and club operations. For privacy and data rights, email support with the subject line "Privacy request".
We aim to respond within two business days. Urgent match-day scoring issues are prioritised during weekends when club cricket is in session.
Getting a support request answered quickly
Most support tickets are resolved on the first reply when they arrive with enough detail. This is what helps, and what the common issues usually turn out to be.
What to include
- The account email you signed in with.
- The match, team, league, or season ID the problem relates to — the ID from the page URL is ideal.
- Platform and version: iOS, Android, or web, and the app version from your profile screen.
- When it happened, with a timezone. Match-day issues are much easier to trace against a timestamp.
- A screenshot or screen recording. For a scoring problem, the scorebook state right before the delivery in question.
Common issues and first steps
- A scored delivery is wrong
- Correct it in the scorebook rather than emailing — corrections are supported mid-innings and are recorded in the audit trail. Contact support only if the correction itself will not save.
- Standings look wrong
- Check the season's points and tie-breaker settings first. Most reported table errors turn out to be a points system configured differently from the competition's published rules.
- A player's stats are missing
- Usually the player was entered as a typed name rather than linked to their profile. Link the player and the records attach.
- Live professional scores look delayed
- Confirm the delay against the source broadcast before reporting. Feed lag on a specific fixture is worth a ticket; a few seconds behind live television is expected.
- Subscription or billing
- Purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Include the store receipt or transaction ID, since refunds follow the relevant store's policy.
