1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. Guest mode provides limited access without an account.

2. Accounts and security

Sign-in options include email and password, Apple, Google, Facebook, and passkeys where supported. Keep your credentials confidential and report unauthorised access promptly.

3. Acceptable use

Do not violate the law, harass other users, distribute malware, scrape beyond permitted APIs, post prohibited marketplace listings, or manipulate fantasy or scoring systems.

4. Subscriptions and CrikIQ Pro

Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or web billing. Prices and taxes are shown at purchase and refunds follow the relevant platform's policy. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchases unlock the same Pro access — streaming and overlays, unlimited leagues you create, higher Copilot credits, full fantasy AI picks, scorecard OCR, microsite branding, and ad-free mobile browsing. Exact limits are listed on the pricing page.

5. AI Copilot

AI output may be inaccurate and is not betting, medical, or professional coaching advice. Do not submit sensitive personal data in chat. Usage limits apply by plan tier.

6. Community marketplace

Buyers use Community at their own risk unless integrated payments are explicitly offered. Sellers must accept the Marketplace Seller Terms. A VERIFIED badge is not an endorsement of quality or legality.

7. User-generated content

You are responsible for Moments, chat messages, listings, and other content you post. Fantasy features are entertainment only and are not gambling.

8. Account deletion

Delete your account from Profile → Delete Account in the app or web settings. Our Account Deletion page details what is removed and what is retained for legal and tax purposes.

9. India

If you are in India, these Terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Fantasy features are entertainment only, not gambling or betting. Disputes are subject to Indian law and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rights in your place of residence. Grievance officer: support@crikiq.com.

10. Intellectual property and liability

CrikIQ software, branding, and licensed cricket data remain the property of CrikIQ or its licensors. The service is provided as available, with liability limited to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of third-party cricket data.
